Emerald & Cubic Zirconia Claddagh Wishbone Ring

Emerald & Cubic Zirconia Claddagh Wishbone Ring

The claddagh was invented by Galway fisherman Richard Joyce in the 17th century. He was due to marry his love but was captured by Algerian pirates and sold into slavery. Many years later, he was released from slavery and returned to his fiancé, who had waited for him. He handcrafted and gifted her the very first claddagh ring as a token of his adoration. The hands represent friendship, the heart represents love, and the crown represents loyalty.

This gorgeously crafted sterling silver wishbone ring is sturdy and elegant. It features three emeralds on the bottom band as well as four cubic zirconia stones.

This ring has been Irish hallmarked at the Dublin Castle.
