Collection: The Shamrock

The Shamrock represents prosperity, luck, and unwavering Irish faith.

In Ireland, this three-leafed plant blooms far and wide. Ancient Celtic druids believed that shamrocks had mystical powers. Three was a powerful number in their faith, and they saw shamrocks as a natural expression of that. Shamrocks were even said to warn of approaching storms by turning their leaves upward to the sky. According to legend, St Patrick himself plucked a Shamrock from the ground and used the three petals to explain the holy Trinity to Irish natives-- one God, three people, one plant, three leaves. Today, shamrocks are still seen as a symbol of luck, faith, and abundance.
