Hogan’s Brown Irish Soda Bread Mix

Soda bread has been a part of Irish culture since the 1800s. Brown soda bread in particular draws on ancient Irish methods of bread-making by using stoneground wholewheat flour. It was originally baked in a pot oven beside the fire, but today, a conventional oven works just fine! No need to prove the dough. This mix goes from box to bread in just over an hour. Wonderful addition to any meal (especially afternoon tea). Product of Ireland.
