The Trinity Knot is the most recognizable of all Celtic symbols. While there are many different interpretations, it is believed that the Celtic knot references the joining of three entities or concepts. The most common interpretations are "life, death, and rebirth," "faith, hope, and love," or even as a symbol of the Celtic goddess Brigid who had three aspects.
